Out of the Box Thinking to Resolve Environmental & Social Issues
The Social Responsibility Committee of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, organised an innovative event titled "Out of the Box Thinking to Resolve Environmental & Social Issues." This event was part of the institute's ongoing commitment to fostering creativity and critical thinking among students, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). The initiative aimed to encourage students to develop unconventional solutions to pressing environmental and social challenges, integrating sustainability with innovative thinking.
Guided by Prof. Reena Agrawal (Chairperson, Social Responsibility Committee) and coordinated by Mr. Saurabh Singh (Coordinator, Social Responsibility Committee), the event was meticulously planned and executed with the support of senior committee member Ms. Preksha Jain. The initiative saw the enthusiastic participation of 60 students from Sections C and D of the batch 2024-26, who engaged in collaborative problem-solving to address real-world issues.
Event Overview
"Out of the Box Thinking to Resolve Environmental & Social Issues" is a student-centered initiative that focuses on developing creative solutions to some of the most pressing environmental and social challenges.
