Dr. Divya Chowdhry, Professor and Director at Jagran Institute of Management, Kanpur, has over 17 years of corporate and academic experience. An alumna of Jaipuria Institute of Management, she has authored two books, holds two patents, and published over 40 papers. Her expertise in Management, HRM, and Research has earned her numerous awards, including the Uttar Pradesh Women Leadership in Education Award 2024. 

She is active in organizing international conferences and serves on various editorial boards. Dr. Chowdhry is dedicated to societal welfare and women’s empowerment, recognized as a social icon in Kanpur by several organizations.
