13th Annual Alumni Meet “AAGAMAN” at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur

The 13th Alumni Meet "AAGAMAN" organized by the Alumni Relations Committee of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, was a grand success, held on 23rd December 2023 at Grand Uniara. The event brought together the Director, Deans, faculty members, and an impressive gathering of 350+ alumni, creating a beautiful evening of nostalgia and connections.

The smooth execution of the event was made possible under the guidance of Dr. Lokesh Vijayvargy, Faculty Chair- ARC, and Ms. Aayushi Sharma, Staff Coordinator - Alumni Relations. The coordination efforts were led by Priyanshu Rajpurohit and Abhishek Gupta (Student Heads - ARC), with Garvita Khandelwal (Senior Coordinator - ARC).

The evening commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp by members of the Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur Alumni Association (JIMJAA), and esteemed faculty members. This auspicious start was followed by Saraswati Vandana, performed by Chirag Bhatia and Vaidehi Vijayvargy, setting a spiritual and cultural tone for the event.

A video from the director, Dr. Prabhat Pankaj themed on happiness was played on the screen. He welcomed and thanked alumni for their gracious presence and for making a mark in the corporate world. He also said that the alumni are the ambassadors and the backbone of the institution. He further added that alumni are the true custodians of the educational institute. He lastly wished all the people a Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year.

The cultural aspect of the event was further enriched by a graceful dance and singing performance. The participation of individuals like Navneet Kacholia, Bhakti Khandelwal, Harshita Kalla, Somya Sharma, Shruti Mahakalkar, and Harshita Gupta added a dynamic and vibrant element to the gathering. Some of the Alumni shared their experiences and cheered memories of Jaipuria.

ARC members, faculties, and some of the alumni then released InTouch volume 9. The release of InTouch featuring articles from both alumni and current students highlights the ongoing engagement and contributions of the institute's community.

The overall involvement in the publication of InTouch magazine, featuring articles on alumni events, success stories, feedback, and reports on placements and summer partnerships, showcases a comprehensive approach to keeping the alumni community informed and connected.

A wonderful initiative was taken by the Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur Alumni Association Body wherein a scholarship of Rs. 25000 was given to meritorious students. The winners are from PGDM - Dheeprada Gupta (Batch 2022-24) and from PGDM(SM) - Kanishka Kothari (Batch 2022-24). Then cash prizes to SIP presentation winners were also distributed.

The 13th Alumni Meet not only provided a platform for the alumni to reconnect but also highlighted the talent and cultural diversity within the Jaipuria Institute of Management community.
