Over the past decade, Dr. Kajal has been a cornerstone of the Business Communication and Liberal Arts area, known for her clarity of thought, engaging pedagogy, and deep connect with students.

As an Associate Professor, PAN Area-Chair Business Communication and Liberal Arts Area, and a valued MDP resource faculty, she has consistently contributed beyond the classroom. Her ability to simplify complex communication theories, her global outlook shaped by multicultural exposure, and her passion for student development have left a lasting imprint on the Jaipuria ecosystem.
