Building on the cherished tradition of bringing Jaipuria alumni
together, the Hyderabad Chapter Alumni
Meet 2026 once again transformed Hotel
Deccan Serai, Hitec City into a vibrant space of conversations, shared
experiences, and lasting connections. Over 50 Alumni from all four campuses
came together to reconnect with old friends, welcome new faces, and celebrate
the ever-growing Jaipuria community.
The gathering was graced by Dr.
Manisha Seth, Chairperson – Alumni Relations Cell, Dr. Richa Srivastava, Mr.
Vikrant Agarwal, AGM – Alumni Relations Cell, and Mr. Somit Chitrey, President – JIMAA and Mr. Anurag Mohan, Senior
Manager – Alumni Relations, whose presence reaffirmed the institute's
commitment to fostering lifelong alumni engagement.
The evening commenced with an address by Dr. Sushma Vishnani, Director, Jaipuria
Institute of Management, Lucknow, who warmly thanked the alumni for taking
time out of their busy schedules to be part of the gathering. This was followed
by a welcome address from Dr. Manisha,
after which Dr. Richa, Mr. Somit, and
Mr. Vikrant greeted the guests. With every interaction, the atmosphere grew
warmer, and the evening gradually transformed into a lively celebration of
reconnecting with old friends and cherished memories, a highlight of the evening was the alumni
interaction session, led by Mr. Somit Chitrey, where experienced professionals
shared their career journeys and industry insights. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Sandeep Verma, Director at Oracle,
alumnus of 1996-1999, encouraged alumni to embrace continuous learning and
meaningful professional connections. Mr.
Arjit Datta (b. 2002-2004) reflected on his leadership experiences as a
Vice President at HSBC, while Mr. Sohan Jha (b. 2007-2009) shared
perspectives from his journey at Oracle, many seniors advised the gathering to
reach out them in any sort of need.
The evening also marked the first Hyderabad Chapter Meet for the PGDM Batch of 2024–2026, offering them
a valuable to connect with the alumni network and their excitement was so
visible. Interactive activities, led by Dr. Manisha, including What’s in Your Pocket, Tambola, and Questionable Conversation- (where conversation can only be done in
questions) added an element of fun, ensuring enthusiastic participation
throughout the evening.
The event was coordinated by Ms.
Ishita Singh, Senior Representative – Alumni Relations Cell, and Ms. Ananya Singh, Senior Member – Corporate
Management Cell (CMC), both of batch of 2025-2027 from Lucknow contributed
towards its successful execution.
As the evening came to a close, the Hyderabad Chapter Alumni Meet 2026 stood as another memorable milestone in strengthening the bonds of the Jaipuria family. JIMAA and the Alumni Relations Cell extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined and made the gathering a resounding success.
