Bengaluru Alumni Meet 2026: An Evening of Connections, Laughter and Lifelong Bonds

The Bengaluru Chapter of the Jaipuria Institute of Management Alumni Association (JIMAA) hosted its Annual Alumni Meet on 10 October 2026 at Royal Orchid Central, Manipal Centre, Dickenson Road, Bengaluru. The evening brought together over 30 alumni from the Lucknow, Indore and Jaipur campuses for a memorable celebration of friendship, shared experiences and the enduring Jaipuria connection.

The evening began with a warm welcome by Mr. Arnav, Junior Representative of the Alumni Relations Cell (ARC), Lucknow, who introduced the faculty members and distinguished guests present. These included Dr. Manisha Seth, Alumni Chair, Lucknow; Dr. Pooja Kushwaha, Alumni Chair, Indore; Dr. Dheeraj Misra from Lucknow; Dr. Poonam Sharma from Noida; Mr. Vikrant Agarwal from the Corporate Office; and Mr. Prashant Sinha (Batch 2002–2004), who attended his first alumni gathering as the newly appointed President of JIMAA. Mr. Anurag Mohan, Senior Manager – Alumni Relations, represented ARC, while Ms. Madhvi Srivastava, Manager – CMC, represented the Placement Cell.

Representing batches spanning nearly three decades, from 1997–1999 to the recent 2024–2026 batch, alumni came together to reconnect with old friends, forge new relationships and relive cherished memories. The gathering beautifully reflected the spirit of One Jaipuria, bringing together a diverse community united by a common institutional bond.

Addressing the gathering, the faculty representatives, Mr. Vikrant Agarwal and Mr. Prashant Sinha thanked the alumni for their enthusiastic participation. They highlighted the importance of a strong and engaged alumni network in strengthening the institute's legacy, supporting current students, and creating meaningful opportunities for professional collaboration, mentorship and lifelong learning.

The formal proceedings soon gave way to an evening of fun and friendly competition. Alumni participated enthusiastically in games such as Housie and What's in Your Pocket, while the highlight was undoubtedly Questionable Conversations. In this unique game, participants could communicate only through questions, turning even the simplest exchange into an entertaining challenge and filling the room with laughter.

The enthusiasm and camaraderie throughout the evening reflected the alumni's appreciation for the initiative and their eagerness to participate in future chapter gatherings. Under the able guidance of Mr. Anurag Mohan, student representatives, Mr. Aman, Mr. Arnav and Mr. Manmath, coordinated the programme seamlessly, while Ms. Madhvi explored possibilities of opportunities with senior alumni. The event concluded with a group photograph to capture the memories of the occasion, followed by a sumptuous dinner that offered everyone another opportunity to catch up, exchange stories and strengthen old and new connections.

The Bengaluru Alumni Meet 2026 was more than an annual gathering; it was a celebration of relationships that endure long after graduation. It reaffirmed that while careers may take Jaipurians in different directions, their shared roots continue to bring them together. As the evening drew to a close, one sentiment stood out: the Jaipuria connection is not confined to a campus or a batch; it is a lifelong bond that grows stronger with every reunion.
