Over the past decade and a half, she has been instrumental in shaping the institute's academic and research ecosystem through her leadership as Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource (OB & HR), PAN Area Chair (OB & HR), Associate Dean (Research), and Programme Director – Ph.D. Her contributions have strengthened Jaipuria's reputation as a centre of excellence in management education while inspiring countless students, scholars, and faculty members.

A distinguished academician, researcher, executive coach, and mentor with nearly three decades of professional experience, Dr. Srivastava has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed research publications in internationally reputed FT50, ABDC, Scopus, and Web of Science-indexed journals. Her research spans organisational behaviour, leadership, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and human resource management. Her exceptional scholarly contributions have earned her several prestigious accolades, including the Basant Kumar Birla Distinguished Research Scholar Award, the Emerald Literati Outstanding Paper Award, and multiple Pan Jaipuria Best Researcher Awards, underscoring her dedication to advancing management research and knowledge creation.

Beyond her academic accomplishments, Dr. Srivastava is a certified Professional Practitioner Coach (ICF), Master NLP Coach, POSH and POCSO Trainer, and Psychometrician, who has partnered with leading organisations such as NTPC, ONGC, BHEL, BEL, NHPC, LIC, Fortis Healthcare, and Engineers India Limited (EIL) to deliver executive education and leadership development programmes.
