Coffee with Alumni: Brewing Startup Stories-JIM Noida

The Alumni Relations Committee, Noida, organised a Coffee with Alumni session on the theme “Brewing Startup Stories” featuring alumni entrepreneurs Mr. Abhishek Kumar Singh (2016–18), Mr. Jay Joshi (2022–24), Co-founder of Whumies, and Mr. Akash Bhanjadeo (2016-18), Founder of LawKraft.AI, who joined virtually.

The session was anchored by students Yashpriya and Aastha, who facilitated a discussion on college life, placements, faculty influence, and the alumni’s entrepreneurial journeys. While Mr. Abhishek Kumar Singh and Mr. Akash Bhanjadeo had planned to venture into business from the beginning, Mr. Jay Joshi discovered opportunities in e-commerce through his professional experience.

The session included an interactive question-and-answer segment, enabling students to learn from the alumni’s experiences and gain insights into entrepreneurship and startup development. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Sonali, ARC Coordinator, followed by refreshments and informal interactions.

The event reinforced ARC’s efforts to strengthen alumni–student engagement and promote knowledge sharing through alumni experiences. The initiative was supported by VPs Abhishek Rath and Vanshika Gupta, along with the ARC team.
