Day 5 of the Orientation & Induction Program (OIP) 2026–28

On 3rd July 2026, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow commenced Day 5 of the Orientation & Induction Program (OIP) 2026–28 with the theme "Career Preparedness."

The day began with a session on "Research Ecosystem and Opportunities" by Dr. Arti Chandani, Dean – Research, introducing students to the institute's research culture and the opportunities available for academic inquiry and innovation.

A key highlight of the day was the "4D Reset Session" led by Dr. Prabhat Pankaj, Professor & Director (Academics) and Director,Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, along with Dr. Reena Agarwal (Area Chair- Finance). The interactive session encouraged students to adopt a growth mindset, embrace self-reflection, and align their personal and professional aspirations with the evolving demands of the corporate world, inspiring them to approach their management journey with renewed purpose and confidence.

The day continued with engaging sessions that encouraged entrepreneurial thinking and reinforced students' academic preparedness.

Students attended an "Entrepreneurial Orientation" session by Dr. Jyoti Dewan, Chair, Incubation Centre, who introduced them to the institute's entrepreneurial ecosystem, innovation opportunities, and the support available for transforming ideas into impactful ventures.

The learning experience was followed by a Kahoot Quiz on the Pre-Jaipuria Courses – Statistics and Accounting, conducted by the Program Chairs, providing students with an interactive platform to assess their understanding while making learning engaging and collaborative.
