Future Workforce Conclave 2026- JIM Lucknow

On 25th July 2026, the Career Management Centre (CMC) of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow successfully organized the Future Workforce Conclave 2026, a thought-provoking event designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. The conclave brought together eminent industry leaders, HR professionals, and management students to discuss the evolving dynamics of the modern workplace and the competencies required to thrive in an increasingly competitive corporate environment.

The event commenced with an inspiring keynote address by Mr. Ashish Banka, Vice President – HR, Algoworks, on the theme "Career Planning in Adversity." Drawing from his extensive professional experience, Mr. Banka emphasized the importance of resilience, adaptability, continuous learning, and maintaining a growth mindset while navigating career challenges. His session was enriched with interactive activities, engaging exercises, and practical examples that encouraged active student participation, making the learning experience both insightful and enjoyable.

The conclave concluded with an engaging panel discussion titled "Beyond the Resume: Standing Out in a Competitive Talent Market." The panel featured distinguished HR leaders Mr. Baleshwar Pandey, Vice President & Head – Corporate HR, VBeyond Corporation, and Mr. Anwesh P, Assistant General Manager – HRBP, Vodafone Idea Ltd. The discussion was expertly moderated by Mr. Anurag Ketan Tamhane, Vice President (CPRC), who steered meaningful conversations on the changing expectations of recruiters, the growing role of artificial intelligence in hiring, emerging workplace trends, employability skills, and strategies that enable young professionals to differentiate themselves in today's competitive talent market.
