Innovations in HR Conclave 2024 at JIM Lucknow

On 20th September 2024; Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow; organized an insightful HR Conclave on the theme "Innovations in HR: Systems, Policies, and Practices". 

The event featured esteemed industry professionals, including Ms. Jamal Jafri (Zonal HR Manager, Cipla, New Delhi; Alumni - Batch 2009), Mr. Nitin Jha (Senior HR Manager, Tata Steel, Jamshedpur), Ms. Shweta Govila (Talent Acquisition and HR Manager, Paytm, New Delhi), Mr. Tarun Girdhar (Senior Manager, Global Talent Development, Zscaler, Chandigarh), and Mr. Vinay Dalal (Co-founder, Talbrum (HRIS/HR Tech); Ex-HR Head, Reliance Retail, Indore).
